Feb 19, 2004 - Whitten VC Ventures is pleased to announce that they are currently developing an online horse show registration system, Horse Shows R Us at http://www.horseshowsrus.ca. The new system will be of particular interest to the many horse shows and riding clubs and events held in the Ottawa region each summer.

The new system will enable riding clubs to accept membership payments online, as well as accept horse show entries. "We're hoping to provide a one-stop-shop type of deal for riders entering horse shows around the Ottawa Valley area this summer. This should make it a lot more convenient for riders, show organizers and even advertizers" said Deb Whitten, President of Whitten VC Ventures.

The anticipated launch date of the full website is May 15, 2004.

Jan 27, 2004 - Whitten VC Ventures is proud to announce the grand opening of their new online community, the Babylon Mall.

The Babylon Mall was designed to give sellers of Vintage Clothing, Arts and Crafts, and other one-of-a-kind collectibles an all-in-one web site store that includes web hosting and an easy-to-use online program that allows them to create and manage a store in the Mall.

"Having a store as part of a mall will give a huge advantage over an individual web site. It'll be a lot easier to drive traffic to stores that belong to a Mall, than to an individual's web site" explained Deb Whitten, President of Whitten VC Ventures.

"We've already had an overwhelming positive response to the Babylon Mall from some major Vintage Clothing dealers in Canada, the USA and the UK, as well as lots of interest from vintage clothing collectors.
